Diwali Vocabulary Tracing Cards for Kids

About this activity:
Nine Diwali picture-and-word boxes to trace and color: diya, lantern, sparkler, gift, sweets, rangoli, flower, lights and fireworks. Free for home, daycare or classroom.

Suggested age: 3–6 with grown-up support
You will need: US Letter paper, a printer and crayons or a pencil.

Steps:
1. Follow one line or letter with a finger first.
2. Trace slowly with a pencil or crayon, taking breaks.
3. Try the next line and celebrate the effort.

Skills practiced: Pre-writing, Hand-eye coordination, Fine motor skills
